Moderating Conflicts
People have differing opinions, stances, and interests, they assess a given situation differently. This is completely normal and a good thing; however, at the same time, it is often uncomfortable and tension-loaden. The consequences of unsettled conflicts for the workplace should not be underestimated: Teamwork will often deteriorate, motivation can be jeopardized, creativity suffers.
